Omar Khiel is a prolific custom frame builder in Glendale Arizona. He builds gorgeous filet brazed very old school frames.
I bought this frame on ebay on impulse. I subsequently built it up with a new Campagnolo Potenza 11 speed groupset and Campagnolo wheelset.
It weighs in at 19 lbs and has a fantastic ride.
