




William bought this GT Performer BMX bike at Mr. Cs bikes in Brooklyn in 1996 for his son, a teenager at the time. It was well used back in the day but then sat in William’s garage untouched for a couple of decades. William asked Nomad to restore the bike to give back to his son for his sons to enjoy.
The bike was covered with a thick fur of rust. We originally planned to re chrome the frame and parts. But surprisingly, all of the rust came right off with a bit of Nomad special elbow grease. We re-chromed the fork, powder coated the pedals and replaced the bearings and cables. Everything else is original. It’s ready for the next generation
