Condor was a London bike shop that began making bespoke bicycles in 1948. They are still in business today. Many famous british racers like Tom Simons and Bradley Wiggins rode Condor bikes.
We acquired this Condor along with another Condor and two Hetchins from the estate of the original owners. The story is that they were in London to pick up the two Hetchins that they had made to order for them and while there, saw the Condors for sale at a bick show and bought them as well. After the owners passed away, the bikes sat untouched in a cellar for 16 years.
Under all the dirt, this bike was like new. We cleaned and polished everything and replaced a few non original components with the correct Nuovo Record components.
